RektSystems reserves the right to help you or not. Bug fixes have a minimum timeline of three months for implmentation. We value our customers feedback, please submit that along with all trouble tickets to be funneled into the same place so that customer support can forward it to product and product can forward it to customer support. Ultimately, we will be sure to have our product team ignore review it to get on our roadmap.
